Business Lunch on ‘Selling Your Business’ held on 22 January at Manchester law firm, Mohindra Maini.
Presenters from Pierce Accountants, Blackburn joined Sunil Mohindra, Partners at Mohindra Maini, to address the Round Table discussion which comprised of local professionals, entrepreneurs and businessmen. Case studies were presented on the issues facing existing shareholders and sellers on the disposal of their business in a difficult climate as well as a discussion of the impact of current economic pressures on the M&A market.
This is the first seminar in a series hosted by Mohindra Maini during the calendar year 2010.
