The Mergers and Acquisitions market (M&A) remains the primary staple of our Corporate Team. This firm handles numerous M&A transactions involving strategic purchases by acquisitive clients or disposals of companies by way of trade sales or to Management Buy-Out/Management Buy-In teams. Whatever the size of the deal, our role is to be involved as early as possible with regard to negotiating the Heads of Terms, conducting the Due Diligence exercise and moving on to the negotiation of transactional documents.
